Investing in our Communities
See how we invest in Our Communities.
We’re bringing more to the table than just better financial well-being. We’re building stronger communities and taking banking to a whole new level. And, when it comes to community, we’re all in. It’s common sense, the way banking was intended to be.
At NBH Bank, Common sense is about more than banking. It’s about putting interaction before transaction and being connected to our community on a personal level. Through lending, investing, grants, and volunteerism, we promot the growth, revitalization and sustainability of the communities we serve.
We do this through:
- Our financial support of community organizations.
- Our dedication of time and talent to volunteer efforts in our communities.
- Our commitment to lending in support of small business growth and community redevelopment.
Our outreach priorities
Meaningful Work
We also volunteer with and support organizations that help people get back on their feet or take that next step in their careers, or to grow their small business.
Affordable Housing
In addition to providing financing for individual homes and developments, we also support organizations that provide quality low-income housing.
Financial Freedom
We believe in the importance of providing educational programs to people of all ages. Whether it is through local school districts, or programs that support small businesses, we are dedicated to collaborating with community partners on financial literacy initiatives with the goal of reaching financial freedom.
DO MORE CHARITY CHALLENGE
We believe that together, we can DO MORE. The Do More Charity Challenge is an event where athletes of all levels compete on behalf of their favorite charity. Every dollar raised—from individual competitors and corporate supporters—is donated to non-profits and charities strengthening and serving our local communities. The Do More Charity Challenge celebrates hard work, dedication, perseverance and commitment to not only make ourselves better, but to make those around us better.
Through physical strength and philanthropy, the Do More Charity Challenge has raised over $1.6 million for a wide range of deserving charitable causes in the communities where we live and work.
